RESPONSIBILITIES
  • · Serve as a primary stakeholder and lead developer for end-to-end data, machine learning, and data science workflows.
  • · Design, build, and test the core AI/ML infrastructure that supports Guidewire models.
  • · Accelerate data science teams by building automated workflows and tools to streamline AI/ML Operations
  • · Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentorship to junior developers.
  • · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design comprehensive solutions for data and model orchestration.
QUALIFICATIONS

  • § 10+ years of software / data engineering experience
  • § Deep expertise in MLOps best practices for model development, deployment, and monitoring.
  • § Expert-level proficiency in Python.
  • § Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • § Proficiency with infrastructure setup and CI/CD tools such as TeamCity and Terraform.
  • § Strong understanding of cloud technologies
  • § Experience using statistical learning algorithms to solve real-world business problems.
  • § A deep understanding of neural networks and transformer algorithms for large language models (LLMs).
  • § Familiarity with setting up and using various open-source LLM foundation models.
  • § Strong knowledge of model performance evaluation and monitoring.
  • § Data engineering experience using SQL, Spark, or AWS Glue.
