RESPONSIBILITIES
  • · Join a new team focused on building predictive models and variables to drive growth in the P&C insurance market.
  • · Shape the team's direction and make a significant impact on the insurance industry.
  • · Work on multiple projects simultaneously, focusing on data preparation and pipeline development for predictive modeling and GenAI.
  • · Key tasks include:
  • · Interrogating and profiling data.
  • · Creating, revising, and monitoring data pipelines.
  • · Building and managing data features.
  • · Creating data reports.
  • · Collaborate with various teams, including product managers, data scientists, and architects, to solve problems and innovate.
  • · Create and manage data assets and code with a focus on simplicity, scalability, reusability, and clear documentation.
  • · Take on additional assignments, such as new feature development and external data research.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of experience
  • .
  • · Hands-on experience building modeling datasets and data features for predictive modeling.
  • · Expert-level SQL skills, including advanced functions, table design, and performance tuning.
  • · Expertise in data profiling and analysis, including statistical analysis.
  • · Experience building machine learning (ML) data pipelines and working with feature stores.
  • · In-depth knowledge of Python.
  • · Experience with AWS data services such as Airflow, Glue, Redshift, and EMR.
