RESPONSIBILITIES
  •  Leadership: Directly supervise and mentor a small, dedicated team of geospatial professionals
  •  Business Development: Identify new consulting opportunities, lead client pitches/proposals, and contribute to industry thought leadership
  •  Project & Product Oversight
  •  Technical Excellence: Provide expert review on advanced climate/catastrophe modeling and ensure seamless integration of geospatial science into financial and actuarial analyses.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • · Experience: 6+ years in GIS, climate, or catastrophe analytics,.
  • · Technical Skills: Hands-on mastery of ESRI and open-source geospatial tech, Python scripting, and spatial database management.
  • · Leadership: Proven experience supervising technical staff and performing peer reviews.
  • · Familiarity with predictive analytics, commercial catastrophe vendor models, and regulatory insurance rate filings.
