RESPONSIBILITIES
  • · Assist in planning and executing reserving strategies across all entities,
  • · Process Innovation: Partner with global actuarial leaders to design and develop modernized methods for reviewing reserves and improving global workflows.
  • · Conduct actuarial, capital, solvency, and profitability reviews for various (re)insurance transactions.
  • · Maintain a deep understanding of all underlying factors that impact the company's financial and operational performance.
  • · technical input for the Annual Statement process, Schedule P, quarterly closing, and IFRS 17 implementation.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • · ACAS or FCAS
  • · Possess high-level analytical skills with direct experience utilizing quantitative risk models.
  • · Demonstrate strong managerial proficiency with the ability to lead and influence both direct reports and matrixed global teams.
  • · Ability to identify core business drivers and balance desired commercial outcomes against potential risks and challenges.
  • · Maintaining a strong familiarity and functional expertise in using "R" for actuarial analytics and data visualization.
  • ->SALARY: 160-225k
