RESPONSIBILITIES
  • · Lead and oversee a team responsible for developing and maintaining multivariate predictive models
  • · Apply advanced actuarial and modeling techniques to solve emerging business challenges and design effective data-driven solutions.
  • · Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders
  • · Conduct ad-hoc analytical and actuarial studies to address diverse modeling and business needs.
  • · Ensure all modeling projects and analytical studies are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with business objectives.
  • · Clearly communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to department heads and senior management.
  • · Research and experiment with new modeling methodologies and statistical approaches to enhance predictive accuracy and performance.
  • · Mentor and train both junior and experienced actuaries and modelers to strengthen team capabilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Near FCAS or FCAS
  • 6+ years of experience
  • Some leadership or management experiencw
  • ->SALARY: 120-180k
