RESPONSIBILITIES
  •   Design and develop methods, systems, and processes to consolidate and analyze diverse, unstructured “big data” sources for actionable insights and product improvements.
  •  Collaborate with product and service teams to define analytical questions, experiments, and data-driven initiatives.
  •  Build, code, and automate programs, algorithms, and workflows to cleanse, integrate, and evaluate large datasets from multiple sources.
  •  Identify and interpret key insights from large-scale data and metadata, communicating findings to business and technical stakeholders.
  •  Develop advanced predictive models using multi-carrier insurance data, from data preparation to model validation and interpretation.
  •  Execute end-to-end modeling processes, including:
  • · Data profiling and harmonization across carriers
  • · Feature engineering and NLP/ML modeling
  • · External data research and acquisition
  • · Model evaluation and business value assessment
  •  Support product pricing analyses and identify opportunities for new feature development.
  •  Contribute to ongoing R&D efforts by providing user feedback on tools and emerging data technologies.
  •  Foster a culture of curiosity, innovation, and ethical AI use to continuously enhance productivity and outcomes.
QUALIFICATIONS
  •  Strong hands-on experience with Python for feature engineering, statistical analysis, and model developmen
  •  Proven track record of building, validating, and deploying predictive models for insurance claims applications.
  •  Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
