RESPONSIBILITIES
  • · Build and automate predictive models for consumer behavior
  • · Recommend data-driven marketing strategies based on model insights
  • · Conduct data analysis and ensure model transparency and fairness
  • · Evaluate model performance and run A/B testing
  • · Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and ethical AI standards
  • · Monitor and validate campaign results against model forecasts
  • · Collaborate on data quality and manage feature engineering and pipelines
  • · Source additional data and identify opportunities for new models
  • · Document methods and results clearly
  • · Automate processes and perform ad hoc marketing analyses
  • · Drive innovation through AI/ML use cases to improve business performance
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Skilled in deploying and monitoring models using automated MLOps tools
  • Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data tools (Spark, Hadoop)
  • Deep understanding of ML algorithms and advanced techniques (
  • Highly skilled in Python or R for modeling and automation; advanced SQL for data handling
  • Experienced with data visualization and automation using tools like Power BI or Tableau
