RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead and manage complex pricing projects using actuarial/statistical standards to support business goals.
  • Collaborate with leadership, analysts, and stakeholders to develop pricing, modeling, and product strategies. Oversee a team of analysts.
  • · Conduct high-impact, complex analysis using advanced actuarial, statistical, and predictive modeling techniques.
  • · Serve as a subject matter expert, driving innovation and best practices.
  • · Lead large-scale, cross-functional projects independently.
  • · Clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • · Strong interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders and guide business decisions.
  • · Lead project teams and provide input on talent development.
  • · Leverage deep understanding of insurance products, markets, and regulations to shape pricing/reserving strategies.
  • · Ensure data quality and select appropriate tools for complex actuarial tasks.
  • · Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
  • · Continuously seek efficiency improvements and professional growth.
