RESPONSIBILITIES
  • ·
  • Coordinate activities for company employees within the unit, including the own risk and solvency assessment, risk appetite framework, integrated risk management framework, and risk report.
  • · Ensure quality and timeliness of employee files within your unit.
  • · Assist unit employees in monitoring environmental, social, and governance risks, reputation risk, strategic risk, and culture risk.
  • · Aid unit employees in developing integrated risk management practices.
  • · Support manager with management tasks such as performance reviews, hiring, and planning.
  • · Manage strategic files and assist the C-level team
  • · Ensure consistency in risk management practices across insurers
  • · Provide advice and assistance to clients and partners in positioning, planning, developing, executing, and monitoring strategic projects and initiatives.
  • · Develop and update policies, standards, models, and programs to support strategic projects and initiatives within the unit.
  • · Identify, analyze, and report major issues, diagnosing them and making recommendations to decision-making bodies.
  • · Represent the organization before senior management committees and decision-making bodies.
