RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Quarterly Valuation and Reporting
  • Forecasting and Analysis (20%):
  • Develop quarterly forecasts for the portfolio.
  • Vigilantly monitor, analyze, and resolve emerging trends or earnings variances.
  • Solvency II Reporting
  • Conduct analysis, provide support, and generate reports for Solvency II results pertaining to the Acquired business,
  • Reporting Standards: Handle reporting and analysis across multiple standards including IFRS, US Stat, Solvency II, and tax compliance.
  • Actuarial Models: Responsible for running and maintaining actuarial models used -in valuation, forecasting, economic capital, loss recognition testing, and Solvency II.
  • Collaborate extensively with Financial Reporting and Valuation personnel and cross-functional teams to ensure portfolio consistency, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
  • This role is central to maintaining financial accuracy, compliance, and performance for the specified portfolio
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Fellow of the Society of Actuaries
  • 5+ years of related actuarial experience
  • Experience in GAAP/IFRS, statutory, and/or Solvency II valuation and financial reporting of life, health and/or annuity products
  • ->SALARY: 160-225k
