  • Build-up and foster sustainable relationship with various internal casualty stakeholders and our clients to understand the business strategy and to become a trusted partner in the field of data analytics.
  • Assess and drive client analytics projects from inception to completion with minimal guidance
  • Apply analytical methods and algorithms to build data products that streamline the process from data collection to insight generation for various insurance business problems
  • Pro-actively collect, structure, and analyze data sets that are relevant for client projects
  • Drive innovation, identify relevant industry/technology trends and thus ensure further development of the company’s analytics capabilities and solutions offering to our clients.
  • Advanced degree and education with quantitative background (computer science, natural sciences, applied mathematics / statistics, engineering, econometrics)
  • 5-10 years of hands-on experience in executing projects with technical background & analytical components
  • Deep knowledge and demonstrated expertise in machine learning concepts, analytics tools, and data platforms
  • Predictive modelling experience across the insurance value chain
  • Strong analytical problem solving skills, business mindset, can-do attitude and ability to assimilate complex information
  • Good client facing and consulting skills as well as experience in running client projects while working with cross-functional and/or virtual teams
  • Primary casualty insurance market knowledge is a must (P&C lines of business), having worked for an insurance, consulting or analytics company
  • Fluency English language skills, Spanish, French and other languages welcome
