RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manages and maintains client relationships delivering exceptional client service
  • Leads client meetings and presents work to clients in collaboration with teams across all our lines of business
  • functions as a team leader, oversees work for other team members and completes high level review of actuarial work
  • Coaches and guides team members, sharing knowledge and experience, providing feedback, and acting as a mentor in supporting team member growth & development
  • Manages scope of work, fees, budget and work plan
  • Maintains an awareness of current news, changes and updates to applicable legislation, and best practices; shares such with clients
  • Seeks revenue opportunities
  • Gains insight and builds knowledge of our organization, its services, people and purpose in order to help our clients be successful.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Post-secondary degree in actuarial science, mathematics or business
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience, as well as completion (or near completion) of industry specific designations
  • Building lasting client relationships
