RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Continuously deepen knowledge of insurance industry practices across multiple disciplines.
  • Work closely with business owners to identify opportunities to innovate and serve as an ambassador for geospatial data science solutions
  • Possess the ability to synthesize large amounts of complex data into key and concise messages for the senior leadership team
  • Works efficiently and has solid organizational skills/time management, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities/initiatives
  • Capture and analyze information or data on current and future trends
  • Ensure timely communication of issues/ points of interest
  • Will manage and prioritize multiple projects at a given time
  • Support a positive work environment that promotes service to the business
  • Analytical thought leadership and stay current on developments in geospatial analytics approaches
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5 or more years of relevant experience required, some insurance experience preferred
  • Undergraduate degree required
  • Statistics, GIS, Urban Planning, Computer science, Actuarial Science
  • Advanced knowledge and user of Geospatial Information Systems
  • Excellent communication skills, highly adaptable to different stakeholders
  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
