  • Develop and operationalize new strategic solutions and capabilities to improve customer experience and operations
  • Define and execute strategy, roadmap, objectives and key results, to lead cross-functional teams in a collaborative matrix environment, and develop strategic capabilities including use of digital health data for life insurance underwriting risk assessment
  • Optimize health data retrieval solutions by analyzing and solving for drop-off in consumer behavior, inefficient data supply chains and operational processes
  • Take overall ownership in achieving results in operational metrics and executing business strategy and objectives
  • Support decisions with key insights, data analysis & effective presentations of important factors driving the businesses
  • Develop polished presentations and data visualizations to synthesize and communicate complex data analysis to various constituencies, including senior leadership
  • Partner with external vendors and lead internal business and technology teams to develop, test, pilot and operationalize new innovative data sources for risk assessment and advanced analytics
  • Perform data analysis to support the identification and prioritization of business requirements and rules
  • Effectively collaborate with a broad range of functional areas
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • MBA, Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 5-7+ years of experience in roles across consulting, data analysis, consulting, and solution development
  • Hands-on experience with conducting research and analysis to optimize consumer funnels and operational processes
  • Prior consulting firm or internal consulting experience strongly preferred
  • Hands-on experience analyzing and working with healthcare data is required
  • Software Development Life Cycle and Agile framework/ methodologies
  • Self-motivated, execution oriented, with very strong analytical and synthesis skills
  • Collaborative work style with ability to effectively interact with and earn trust of peers and senior leaders
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and driving the realization of project goals and completion of time-bound deliverables
  • High capacity to prioritize multiple assignments and multi-task essential; very organized with excellent follow-up and problem-solving skills
  • Deep knowledge of Excel and advanced PowerPoint skills required; experience with process mapping (e.g. Visio) and analytic/statistical tools (e.g. Tableau)
  • Outstanding judgment, critical thinking, time management, communication and writing skills
  • Effective and concise communicator especially with senior management
  • Broad knowledge of the Life Insurance industry and business operations is a strong plus
