  • Work closely with other business sectors in the company.
  • Support the manager by helping with work organization and operational & strategic planning for the unit.
  • Oversee the creation, implementation & follow-up of an action plan for the unit in line with the company’s strategic priorities
  • Establish management communication practices that support change management, talent attraction & retention, skills development, employee development etc.
  • Define and oversee the implementation of activities related to the unit’s service offer and oversee the implementation of projects under their responsibility.
  • Manage individual and team performance to support the execution of the unit’s business plan
  • Responsible and accountable of the team and results
  • Provide support and coaching requires to ensure the development of their employees
  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline
  • A minimum of eight years of relevant experience,
  • Previous leadership experience preferred
  • Qualification as a Fellow of the CAS or CIA (an asset)
