  • Summarize and forecast sales projections using Excel; provide analysis of pension risk transfer business metrics to identify key areas of growth and improvement
  • Create presentations and coordinate stakeholder meetings. Lead internal and external discussions to ensure transactions are executed successfully
  • Responsible for relationship management internally and externally
  • Coordinate across internal stakeholders to ensure profitability and success of the pension risk transfer product. Review new business opportunities and cascade or escalate information internally as needed
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders to manage ongoing deals, assess new business opportunities, and gather business intelligence
  • Responsible for assisting in the research, development and eventual relationship management role of retirement income solution for institutional plans
  • Bachelor degree in mathematics, economics, finance, actuarial science or other business-related areas with strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • 5+ years of experience within an insurance company or actuarial consulting firm
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills - particularly Excel, Word, Powerpoint
  • Pension or PRT experience is preferred; pension expertise including a strong understanding of qualified defined benefit plans, understanding of institutional pension/retirement business and pension risk transfer
  • Candidates must be willing to obtain Life/Accident/Health insurer licensing credentials
  • Ability to communicate complex materials to non-technical audiences
