  • Consult with marketing and business leaders to identify and prioritize opportunities and problems that analytics is suited to solve.
  • Help identify the marketing/business data needed to produce the most useful insights.
  • Ensure that the solution solves the marketing/business problem in the most efficient and interpretable form for marketing/business users.
  • Synthesize complex analytics-derived insights into easy-to-understand, actionable recommendations that marketing/business users can easily extract and execute on.
  • Promote a data-driven culture by collaborating with data practitioners, marketing leaders, business leaders, project teams, and IT colleagues to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of relevant work experience or Master’s degree and 4+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Ability to promote and drive marketing organizational strategies throughout the US Insurance Division.
  • Experience running major projects.
  • Strong communication skills with desire to work in a collaborative atmosphere.
  • Knowledge of data management concepts and analytic techniques.
  • Proven experience synthesizing data and using data to develop compelling written and visual communications that are clear, concise and suited to the audience
  • Critical thinking and planning. Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, presentation and communication skills required.
  • Experience with or knowledge of capabilities of following programming languages and visualization tools: Google Analytics, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, Python, or R.
  • Some travel may be required, including overnight stays.
