  • Significantly contribute to the development of a human resources analytics strategy and roadmap that will support human resources planning and proactive decision making for the organization and individual lines of business.
  • Understand human resources metrics, key indicators, databases and concepts and lead medium to large sized human resources analytics projects and tasks of large complexity and size.
  • Research strategic human resources best practices and trends, combined with human resources data to provide insights that are meaningful to the business and help inform human resources strategy
  • Understand the business and human resource processes and make the connection with the data coming from operational systems, surveys and other data points within the company.
  • Working with human resources data analysts, extract data and reports as required for project analysis using human resources analytics and/or BI tools or programming language (e.g. Ultipro, SQL).
  • Provide coaching and support to others in human resources specific to best practices in human resources analytics, modelling, reporting, metrics and dashboards.
  • Based on an analysis of data and business knowledge, compile and present insightful stories to explain broad HR/business situations.
  • Document detailed business requirements including data, security, Dashboards, Visual Insight and Self Service platforms.
  • Completion of Degree in Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Actuarial Science, Mathematics or Statistics with a minimum of 7 years of experience in Human Resources/Data Analytics or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent executive presentation skills: ability to distill and present actionable information from complex research and data.
  • Advanced and efficient in using programming language and People/Business Intelligence tools and statistical analysis software.
