  • Provide support to Distribution with timely and accurate sales performance reports, campaign reports, analysis, sales staff incentive and information for decision-making
  • Liaise with stakeholders to determine requirements for data analysis, reporting and dashboards
  • Identify improvements to the data environment and enhance reporting efficiency by automating BAU reports
  • Participate in UAT for Distribution Management System enhancement and new product launches.
  • Participate in adhoc projects, as and when necessary
  • Develop reports for business performance or campaign tracking according to business requirements or campaign criteria
  • To streamline report generation and data extraction to increase efficiency and reduce manual handling mistakes
  • Liaise with requestors and stakeholders to understand the purpose of the reports and ensure consistency, accuracy and timely delivery
  • Effective management of data and campaign database, performing ad-hoc MIS and analysis on portfolio and campaign performance

  • Strong knowledge of and experience with SAS, MS SQL,MS Access, MS Excel
  • Experience in managing data from different sources or system and report automation using SAS
  • Strong analytical and computing skills
  • Able to access and think through the possible solution before discussing and getting advice from superior or peers
  • Strong analytical skills and meticulous with figures and data
  • Able to learn and pick up relevant analytical tools quickly for business use
  • Able to touch base with other stakeholders independently
  • Min 3 years of working experience in similar field and working in related field
  • Experience in MIS reporting - Sales & Campaign tracking
  • Experience in financial services industry
