RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Help develop and use tools and methods to collect, compile, model and restore the organization's physical and non-physical data to establish governance, help decision-makers understand the big picture and inform decisions.
  • Analyze and help diagnose issues and situations related to your field
  • Provide opinions in accordance with the rules of your discipline and help develop recommendations and implementation plans
  • Develop work tools, methods and processes
  • Develop member and client knowledge to support decision-making for the Insurance, Wealth Management and Business sectors
  • Responsible for the development, production and updating of publications and regular processes for Business clients
  • Work with the team's advisors to support the marketing strategy, product line management and manufacturing teams with their analysis and monitoring requirements, by using and analyzing the data available and by developing, managing and monitoring key indicators.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, actuarial science or computer science
  • A minimum of two year of relevant experience
  • Experience in business intelligence, management information and/or data analysis
  • Knowledge of French is required
  • Knowledge of SAS and SQL
  • Knowledge of visualization tools, such as Tableau and Power BI (an asset)
  • Familiarity with databases (DB2, Oracle, SQL)
  • Knowledge of the financial sector (an asset)
