RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Take part in the rebalancing of client’s portfolios process
  • Implement the tactical targets by rebalancing the client’s portfolios
  • Ensure execution for regular trading
  • Provide rebalancing simulations when necessary
  • Implement segregated models in equities and bonds
  • Actively contribute in designing and implementing new processes and automating current processes
  • Work closely with all stakeholders accross the firm
  • Supporting initiatives reladed to the global transformation
  • Share the team’s expertise and practises
  • Support Investment Counsellor and Management with any information requests
  • Provide expertise to Associates and Counsellors in the drafting of client’s Investment Policy
  • Provide business informations related to the global platform.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences or any other quantitative discipline;
  • Master's degree in Finance, Financial Mathematics or Economics, an asset;
  • CFA, CAIA designation or risk expertise designation such as PRM or FRM, an asset.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in an investment, client servicing or operation position;
  • Ability to code in some of the following languages: SQL, VBA, VB.NET, PYTHON, C#, R, MATLAB or any other language;
  • Experience in data organisation and business processes reengineering;
  • Flexibility and cooperative attitude regarding change;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and growing environment;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; at ease in a collaborative environment;
  • Ability to innovate; independent, critical and creative mind;
  • Strong French and English oral and written communication skills.
