  • Participate in model development, evaluation, sensitivity testing and calibration studies
  • Evaluate partner premium, exposure and loss data and provide technical pricing indications
  • Being able to independently structure and complete more complex analyses using actuarial principles
  • Proactively help the team as a recognized center of excellence for Pricing within the Specialty Insurance Group
  • The ability to work directly with other teams from the Americas including Risk Management, CAT Modeling, Claims and Underwriting
  • Willingness to travel and represent the company in a professional way with both internal and external partners
  • Strong background in Casualty Lines of Business with an emphasis on Directors and Officers Liability Insurance (D&O). Experience in Employment Practices Liability (EPL), Fiduciary Liability and other Professional Liability Lines of business a plus
  • 7-10 years of P&C Treaty and/or Pricing experience and a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society desired but not required
  • Highly motivated and driven with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills required; ability to multi-task.
  • Clear communicator, able to structure an argument and ability to explain complex issues in a simple way
  • Self-Starter and excellent team player
  • Expert knowledge of Excel and ability to manipulate and format data sets.
  • SQL, VBA, R skills advantageous
