  • Customer guidance in configuration of SAP FPSL and actively support the system configuration at customer site.
  • Analyze requirements using IFRS17 or US GAAP.
  • Perform detailed analysis of business requirements and provide recommendations for functional and technical strategies and approaches to client requirements.
  • Lead workshops to define and document scope.
  • Achieve key business outcomes while maintaining high quality.
  • Obtain consent from client to move forward with the project.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships at the appropriate levels.
  • Facilitate complex issue resolution that arise during implementation.
  • Lead small projects in SAP FPSL.
  • Evaluate requirements and estimate time and resources needed for completion.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to define and understand the requirements and then explain the system solution.
  • Work with multi-functional/technical teams to prioritize the work and drive system solutions by clearly articulating business needs.
  • Coordinate with teams to get development moving forward.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for clients / internal management for project tracking and updates.
  • Flexible for both domestic and international short term/long term travel.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of Actuarial.
  • Advanced familiarity with a wide variety of actuarial functions and IFRS 17 Methodologies.
  • Knowledge in SAP FI module is an advantage.
  • Thorough understanding of Software Development Life Cycle, starting from Pre-sales, Requirements gathering, Analysis/Design, Development, and Testing.
  • Apply advanced actuarial techniques across all tasks.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and recommend the best solutions.
  • Reconcile and analyze actuarial inputs and outputs.
  • Analytical and conceptual ability and quick grasp.
  • Project experience on implementation projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Confident in presentation and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to maintain and build client relationships.
  • Effective communication and coordination skills between Client and globally located teams.
