  • Lead and review regular actuarial reporting to streamline the process as per management and Group Office’s initiatives.
  • Lead and coordinate valuation projects to drive the continuous improvement in efficiency and quality of actuarial reporting.
  • Participate in the annual business plan exercise to drive business value and provide key inputs to the capital planning cycle.
  • Participate in the revamp of reporting and business planning process in light of new reporting requirements.
  • Provide coaching and training to subordinates.
  • At least 4 years of actuarial experience.
  • Familiarity with valuation bases and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with Prophet modelling.
  • Strong project management, analytical and problem solving skills.
