RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist in the Motor portfolio study for monitoring, analyses, and business support with business strategy recommendation.
  • Responsible for pricing change filling.
  • Ensure proper documentation and communication with all the stakeholders related to the pricing and portfolio review request.
  • Collaborate with business units on product development and product design and development, direct resources and provide direction in supporting these activities.
  • Evaluate and continuously modify and improve actuarial pricing processes and procedures to improve operating performance and productivity.
  • Supporting the reserving team’s management and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Input to and assist with annual loss ratio planning processes.
  • Contribute to the development and support of the existing relationship with the Group / Regional Counterparts.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, IT, Economics or related field.
  • Actively pursuing a professional actuarial qualification under CAS, SOA, or IFOA.
  • SAS, Excel with Macro.
  • Strong financial and project management skills.
  • Skills in leading projects.
  • At least 2 years’ of relevant practical Motor pricing experience.
  • Requires thorough knowledge of actuarial and risk management processes and a complete understanding of the factors.
