  • Develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Implement initiatives for the company products, tools and services through training and regular meetings.
  • Manage and understand individual client needs and develop strategic plan to meet those needs.
  • Supervise and account for the execution of project plan.
  • Generate new business and/or product lines for the organization's growth.
  • Implement brand recognition by participating in seminars/events and research papers, etc.
  • Mentor others and support their professional growth.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of Medicaid actuarial experience, but not more than 10 years.
  • Current on government regulation and guidance as well as analytic techniques and methodologies, data sources.
  • Credentialed Actuary.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Biostatistics, Public Health, or related discipline required.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Preferred:
  • Strong knowledge of Medicaid lines of business.
  • Client management experience.
  • FSA Credentialed.
  • Experience with Microsoft® Excel and Access.
  • Working knowledge of database/statistical analysis language.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness and aptitude for detail work.
