  • Participate in meetings to define the terms and condition of technology implementation and ensure the uninterrupted delivery of technical and administrative services to clients.
  • Perform a detailed analysis of pension plan rules for each client company.
  • Configure Ariel based on the client’s specific pension plan requirements.
  • Prepare the data samples that will be tested to check the accuracy of Ariel results.
  • Draft the technology procedures clients need to use Ariel.
  • Once an implementation is completed, provide service to users in order to ensure effective Ariel management.
  • Take part in the development of Ariel software by making suggestions for improvements to the team in charge.
  • University degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Finance.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to understand and use current computer technology and have a good command of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Proven analytical and organizational skills, ability to synthesize information, and flexibility in managing multiple projects.
  • Good sense of initiative and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work alone and in a team.
  • Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with pension plans an asset.
  • Bilingualism considered an asset.
