  • Lead Company’s Group Insurance global working group and act as the connective tissue between company’s core markets where Group Insurance business is a priority.
  • Ensure that company’s Group Insurance knowledge and intellectual capital is unlocked and freely shared amongst offices. Keep abreast of competitor actions in the global Group Insurance space and ensure the company is responding accordingly.
  • Understand our client Group Insurance priorities globally and support local offices in development of high impact strategic priorities.
  • Market capabilities and offerings directly to clients where a global perspective can augment local expertise. Be accountable for helping company write more new premiums via Group Insurance.
  • Build profitable marketing relationships with leaders of Group Insurance businesses at global multinational insurers.
  • Evaluate, develop business cases for and commercialize technological platforms, tools and human resources into our business model to help the company gain a sustainable competitive advantage in the global Group Insurance business.
  • Support execution of successful new ventures or partnerships in conjunction with company’s local offices and our clients.
  • Create a culture of continuous improvement, building on company’s successes.
  • Improve company’s ability to measure and assess the financial performance of our Group Insurance business.
  • Establish key areas of personal industry expertise and be counted upon as a global thought leader to produce pitch decks, white papers, webinars etc. on select topics and market directly to clients on core topics.
  • University degree.
  • At least ~8-12 years of experience.
  • Part of that experience should be in either: Senior leadership of a Group Insurance business, Consulting to the Group Insurance industry.
  • Ability to self-manage and be self-accountable for deliverables.
  • Ability to get to paper and craft tangible materials and documents quickly.
  • Strong planning, time management & multi-tasking skills.
  • Relationship building skills, communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Analytical skills and familiarity with modelling and analytics concepts.
  • Familiarity with global Group Insurance opportunities and good judgment of where opportunities lie.
