RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop staffing and productivity models for each line of business within the department.
  • Forecast transactions and staffing requirements that will align with our vision to provide industry leading Service.
  • Be a contributor to the FTE budgeting and monitoring process.
  • Work with business line leaders to establish, implement and maintain Service Level Agreements to meet organizational objectives.
  • Maintain catalogue of reports used by each line of business. Work with the various lines of business to modify and refine reports to meet the business needs.
  • Support or lead various other projects that will improve the overall service and efficiency within the department.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Business Intelligence and/or Workforce Management.
  • 1-2 years of team/people management.
  • Organizational and prioritizing skills.
  • Experience with workflow documentation and improvement.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and Excel VBA applications.
  • Actuarial and/or statistical knowledge.
  • Collaborative, team player.
  • Knowledge of the Insurance industry and CIP designation an asset.
