  • Business lead for both the Corporate and Consumer related insurance products.
  • Review pricing, pricing methodology and reserving of consumer insurance products such as Extended Service Contracts/ Extended Warranty for all relevant markets.
  • Develop profitable pricing for new product design strategies jointly with the markets.
  • Participate in the semi-annual reserving process for global Property & Casualty programs.
  • Develop profitable pricing for global Property & Casualty premium renewal programs by working in close collaboration with external risk transfer resources.
  • Support and manage capital models for regulatory purposes including preparation of Group BSCR and Solvency II reporting.
  • Maintain an internal database for the various markets and participate in the monthly premium cession data entry for reporting purposes.
  • Perform ad-hoc pricing, budget forecast and capital scenarios to support business growth.
  • Interpret issues, recommend solutions and communicate resolution effectively to team, peers and senior management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics or Finance-related discipline.
  • At least 5 - 7 years’ experience working within the insurance industry. Experience in extended warranty pricing in the automobile sector strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with capital modelling and a proven ability to develop unique solutions to problems. Ability to communicate complex financial and statistical information in a clear and effective form.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Access, other PC applications, or mainframe applications in order to support analysis of a highly technical nature, knowledge of Tableau would be an asset.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
  • A strong work ethic, coupled with a high degree of motivation to work independently and prioritize workload and activity without supervision.
  • Manage projects, resources, risk and change with end users as well as with other business stakeholders.
