RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Use knowledge of health care system, health care benefits and employer/consultant ecosystem to support sales and product development.
  • Update existing sales enablement tools based on health care eco-system, product or operational changes or market feedback.
  • Develop new sales enablement tools based on health care eco-system, product or operational changes or market feedback.
  • Train sales team on use and presentation of results from sales enablement tools.
  • Present results of sales enablement tools to sophisticated employers or consultants.
  • Work with marketing to develop value propositions for company products and services that resonate with employers/consultants.
  • Perform original analysis of claims and engagement data to support product and clinical teams with the development of new products and services.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • FSA or ASA with at least 10 years of healthcare experience. Consulting would be a plus.
  • Must have really strong communication & negotiation skills.
  • Can juggle multiple projects, priorities, jump from project to project, support sales & business development teams.
  • Agile performer, can think on their feet, likes the fast pace nature of sales, but grounded in actuarial skills with strong communication skills.
