  • Design products based on client’s need and target markets.
  • Execute market research and competitive analysis.
  • Review contracts and brochures.
  • Responsible for UAT and post launch performance review.
  • Support product pricing including experience studies, rate building and rate action recommendation.
  • Build assumptions justification and contribute to cost modelling and expense analysis.
  • Manage reinsurance deals, client relationship and take part in financial reporting and valuation.
  • Provide technical support to all business teams in the local entities.
  • Design product training.
  • Manage financial performance and reporting including driving product classification.
  • Ensure identification and spread of best practices regarding product development and pricing.
  • Support in operations, build relational database and ensure data controls.
  • Coordinate with local actuarial team.
  • At least 3-7 years’ relevant experience in product pricing, valuation and reinsurance in the general insurance industry.
  • Degree or master’s in quantitative discipline e.g. Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or Actuarial.
  • Having project management skills and experience as a PMO would be an added advantage.
  • Preferably completion of professional insurance qualification or equivalent.
  • Highly analytical with good problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Result oriented, motivated, proactive, flexible with excellent communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and frequently changing business environment.
  • Interest to lead and coach junior team members.
