Head of Product Development, A&H

  • Design & manage company’s A&H product strategy, responsible for implementation of the product roadmaps aligned with company’s strategic initiative plans for A&H product lines.
  • Internally, work closely with stakeholders including Underwriting, Actuarial, Operations and other supporting functions to drive the product initiatives for all the key products for A&H, including Group/Individual/Business Travel & Health products.
  • Externally, work closely with reinsurers, broker & agencies, service providers, digital platforms and other partners to ensure different parties’ interests are well aligned.
  • Lead the A&H product marketing research, on top of the latest developments in both local and global A&H markets, provide innovative product solutions to the business.
  • Acting as the central point of contact with the company global and other regions, being able to share/exchange/learn the best practices from other markets.
  • Team management responsibilities.

  • Demonstrated experience in the insurance filed, candidates with below experiences will be of particular advantage:
  • Actuarial qualifications.
  • Underwriting experience.
  • Experience with consumer insurance products.
  • Experience working in digital platforms.
  • Experience working with established reinsurers.
  • Experience working within a multi-cultural environment.
