  • Lead the process of end to end new product development from technical product development through to system implementation, including the necessary approval processes.
  • Support the Company in developing the product strategy including the product roadmap, as aligned with the customer proposition.
  • Active management of in-force products across all channels, ensuring viability and in search of new opportunities to further improve.
  • In collaboration with Marketing and Distribution leads, manage enhancements and other changes to products in conjunction with up-sell/ cross-sell promotions and sales campaigns.
  • Ensure ongoing engagement with key distribution stakeholders to capture feedback, understand challenges and opportunities to drive improvements.
  • Support distribution channels on all product-related matters e.g. product roll out, training, sales collaterals.
  • Set up proper procedures, internal policies, SOP, etc., in related to GI product development functions, to improve and standardize working procedure.
  • Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.
  • Assist and be involved in data analytics tasks in order to support business decisions.
  • Minimum Degree holder, preferably in Actuarial Science.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in the insurance industry especially in the areas of Product Development and Actuarial.
  • Deep understanding of local insurance regulatory environment with regards to general insurance products, particularly for personal lines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and with business acumen.
  • Confident, proactive and good leadership skill.
