RESPONSIBILITIES
  • You are responsible to build up and operate a managed Power BI service that fulfills key business requirements. You serve as a bridge between business and local/global IT departments.
  • You translate business requirements to data requirements and design data models to support an agile development lifecycle as well as interactive dashboards.
  • You facilitate the design of data visualizations and dashboards based on data availability and models created together with business stakeholders.
  • You perform ad-hoc analysis and dashboard prototypes by extracting and aggregating data sets from various data warehouses and sources.
  • You are responsible for documentation of new and existing data models, solutions and implementations.
  • You collaborate with stakeholders to ensure creation and delivery of new/enhanced dashboards and visualizations.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • You have a higher-education degree in computer science or comparable practical experience. Solid understanding of data science / data analytics is a plus.
  • You have experience translating business requirements into technical requirements.
  • You have a proven track record of designing and implementing end-to-end business intelligence solutions in Power BI or similar tools/platforms for business users.
  • You have a profound knowledge of ETL and BI tools. In particular, you have strong skills around Microsoft BI technologies.

  • You are fluent in English. German language skills are a preferred but not a must.
