  • Develop and maintain analytical reporting for the company.
  • Assist with development of team data assets including database development and data quality reporting.
  • Maintenance of process documentation and service level agreements for regular reporting.
  • Develop and employ advanced analytical skills, tools and techniques.
  • Analyze areas where process improvements can be made.
  • Execute Pricing tasks using statistical modelling and other suitable quantitative and actuarial techniques.
  • Implement system rating and underwriting engines.
  • Complete Acceptance testing process for implementation of system driven rates.
  • Perform statistical analysis on portfolios in order to develop statistical rates at a granular level.
  • Tertiary qualification in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics or other Quantitative discipline.
  • 1+ years in insurance analytical / actuarial / pricing role.
  • Basic knowledge of general insurance.
  • Project management, risk management skills.
  • Displays initiative and works proactively.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Keen to learn and take on responsibility.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to the achievement of team objectives.
