  • Support the provision of investment advice to a range of institutional clients, through preparing written recommendations and completing analytical assignments, across the full investment cycle.
  • Preparing investment reports including assessment of the performance of markets, investment managers and client portfolios.
  • Supporting Consultants to undertake research and deliver client projects, using the company’s proprietary tools and models to complete data analytics and draft reports and presentations as required.
  • Support Consultants on strategic asset allocation setting, including performing Asset-Liability Modelling exercises taking account of pension scheme liabilities.
  • Support Consultants in conducting manager selection exercises, taking account of client requirements and the full breadth of the company’s research capabilities.
  • Build relationships with asset managers, internal colleagues and clients.
  • Manage your own portfolio of international actuarial clients and support senior consultants with their portfolio.
  • Performing calculations and project managing the delivery of actuarial valuations of Swiss pension liabilities under IFRS and US GAAP.
  • Supporting senior consultants with their clients or project work.
  • Working on one-off projects such as benefit re-design, pension fund de-risking or M&A activities.
  • Supporting in team development activities such as sales and marketing, internal and external training events, thought leadership activities, etc.
  • 1 to 3 years of post-graduation experience.
  • Looking to pursue a Finance professional qualification and having ambitions to grow with us.
  • Able to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with clients and colleagues of all levels.
  • Be analytical, able to think logically and solve problems.
  • Demonstrate curiosity to learn, think critically and ask questions.
  • Ability to multi-task, priorities and manage time effectively.
  • Be organized, articulate and have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have an understanding of and interest in investment markets and products.
  • Investment consulting experience is a plus.
  • Have had first exposure to actuarial work.
  • Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
  • Proficiency in German and English is required, French a strong plus.
