RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Monitor and respond to operational issues in the company based on client specific requirements and processes.
  • Assess and prioritize user issues and ensure they are recorded and addressed in a timely manner.
  • Create monthly reports for clients which document system availability and support services provided.
  • Support cloud operations and maintenance as it pertains to the management of client SaaS operations.
  • Help maintain and strengthen client relationships through participation in client consultations.
  • Be a primary contact for select clients.
  • Create and maintain financial asset models for use in balance sheet projections of financial services companies.
  • Further the development of robust processes and work with the software and infrastructure teams to improve stability, runtime, uptime, etc.
  • Participate in the expansion of the company functionality as the need arises or as requested by clients.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum of 1 year of Python experience.
  • Knowledge of programming concepts.
  • Software development experience with familiarity with Infrastructure in a cloud environment.
  • Strong communication skills for heavy team and client interactions.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Preferred:
  • Experience in the financial services sector.
  • Customer facing, advisory experience.
  • Knowledge of general insurance products for liability modeling purposes.
  • Understanding of financial assets including derivatives.
  • Familiarity with Monte Carlo simulations.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
