  • Accountable for reporting and analyzing data to measure key claims function performance indicators and drive alignment across claims operations and shared functions.
  • Responsible for the development and tracking of costs and benefits as well as KPI’s for operational and strategic initiatives; implementing operational performance measurement; conducting financial planning and aggregation of all claims reporting to align with finance processes; developing and monitors claims trend reporting in conjunction with the actuarial team.
  • Implementing operational processes and strategies to drive workforce optimization including analysis of insourcing/outsourcing mix to drive the most cost effective structure; and perform cost-benefit analysis and operational tracking of strategic and operational initiatives.
  • Demonstrates leadership, knowledge and application of the insurance industry and claims monitoring reporting and processing metrics, standards of practice, policies, procedures and quality improvement processes, all of which align to the strategic, operational and financial goals of the company.

  • Brings 10+ years in progressively senior and diverse roles in the insurance industry including claims, actuarial and underwriting.
  • Significant operational expertise including strong data analytics and KPI development experience, public company exposure, property & casualty insurance familiarity, and the proven ability to build strong relationships to drive cross-functional efficiencies.
  • Inspiring and collaborative leader able to affect change and the confidence to determine priorities and communicate the timelines and measurement of results.
