RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for preparation of monthly new business reporting.
  • Responsible for preparation of embedded value reporting, including analysis of results to the various stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and assist in annual business planning exercise, provide in-depth analysis of financials and make recommendations when necessary.
  • Conduct experience studies to assist Chief Actuary in formulating suitable basis for Valuation and Product Pricing.
  • Assist in prophet coding and ensuring that actuarial models used for valuation and reporting activities are accurate, efficient and well documented.
  • Assist in any audit requests, ad-hoc actuarial investigations and corporate initiatives from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum Degree academic certification.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of actuarial experience.
  • Prior experience in Valuation, reporting, Asset Liability Management, business planning and/or Corporate Actuarial is preferred.
  • Good knowledge about Singapore Valuation and RBC 2 rules is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Prophet and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is preferred.
  • Able to perform assigned task, manage own time and deliverables.
  • Able to provide support to the team where required.
