RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients, helping them achieve their long- and short-term business objectives.
  • Deliver exceptional service around complex client projects and strategic engagements as you drive client value.
  • Lead regularly scheduled account team meetings designed to review the state of the client and align strategic plans.
  • Develop and execute account renewal and cancellation mitigation strategies.
  • Identify expansion opportunities by having a deep understanding of the client's business operations and applying company’ solutions to provide value.
  • Collaborate with sales team on execution of account strategies.
  • Proactively identify and improve upon areas of client dissatisfaction.
  • Manage client expectations as you monitor the progress of client inquiries up to confirmation of final resolution; ensure the final resolution fully meets company standards.
  • Lead event response outreach and on-going support.
  • Lead change management activities for updated product and model releases.
  • Client onboarding and training of new products and services.
  • Provide ongoing technical expertise & assistance.
  • Work both independently and with a team.
  • Maintain ILS market expertise and act as market advocate within the company.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of company products and services and associated models and how they can be incorporated into a clients’ risk management process to drive value.
  • Demonstrate confidence providing consultative advice to clients on workflows and business practice based on industry experience.
  • Develop senior level contacts and maintain existing relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Act as an integral initial contact point for client problems by either solving issues personally or communicating effectively to other specialist colleagues.
  • Partner with company Business Units to build, plan and implement wider initiatives within the ILS market.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must possess a minimum 2.1 BSc or MSc degree in a quantitative or scientific subject such as economics, sciences, math, financial engineering, or computer science.
  • Must have a professional track record and experience in a client servicing role within insurance, software services, analytics or in a similar related field.
  • Excellent client facing skills required - must be able to relay complex and technical concepts to broad audiences.
  • Prior experience working in an international, multilingual, and cultural environment would be advantageous.
  • Ability to coordinate across different teams, working effectively in a team and as an individual.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strong networking and influencing skills.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Preference will be given to candidates fluent in Continental European Languages.
  • Technical expertise in SQL, R or Python will be looked upon favorably.
