RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and maintain data quality processes and controls relative to statistical reporting and Risk Sharing Pool activities.
  • Investigate and communicate data anomalies relative to data submissions, defect submission, testing and remediation.
  • Coordinate Risk Sharing Pool scheduled Audits, including Auditor authorities, access, training materials, audit task force, remediation and close out.
  • Facilitate GAA Filing and FCSA submission.
  • Support Risk Sharing Pool Reconciliation.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Post-secondary education focusing on statistical and regulatory methodologies, casualty insurance knowledge or equivalent in work experience.
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in a data and/or quality-related function.
  • Advanced comprehension of Data Quality initiatives relative to business and technical properties.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work with broad parameters.
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Skills/ SQL.
  • CIP and/or CRM designation.
  • Project Management and Agile.
