  • Delivering high quality analytics, from scoping, data quality assessment, data manipulation, method selection, insights generation and visualization.
  • Clear presentation of insights via spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, self-service analytical visualization tools and face-to-face client meetings.
  • Client management and interaction as required e.g. working on site with clients, liaising with stakeholders to determine project brief objectives / scope, ongoing interation on project progress and delivering relevant recommendations or solutions.
  • Proactively participate in learning forums and sharing knowledge with wider team.
  • A degree in a related discipline area e.g. Actuarial, Maths/Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Physics etc.
  • At least 2 years + in a similar role; generating insights from large customer or transaction data.
  • Strong commercial knowledge to solve key business problems such as driving revenue opportunities, customer retention, and retail operations optimisation.
  • You have strong working experience manipulating data using SQL.
  • Experience building analytical models in R or Python is a plus.
