  • Research and review the LDTI guidelines to develop the company specific policies.
  • Create and review business requirement for the implementation of new policies for LDTI.
  • Investigate and evaluate the impact of new policies and business requirements on existing business processes, technology and the effect on management reporting.
  • Support the creation and development of the company’s financial reporting process to satisfy company policies and business requirements.
  • Assist in the transition of new processes and technologies to the affected Business Units.
  • 5+ years life insurance or reinsurance experience, work in valuation or financial reporting is preferred.
  • FSA/FCIA or equivalent Actuarial designation preferred, experienced Associates will also be considered.
  • Experience modeling in AXIS.
  • Experience with USGAAP LDTI is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and perform research in unfamiliar areas.
  • Proficient people skills, essential in building and managing relationships within the organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments communicating prioritizations to required levels.
  • Highest degree of professional ethics.
  • Strong interpersonal skills & effective communicator.
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-identification and resolution skills with attention to detail.
