  • Monitor and respond to operational issues in the company based on client specific requirements and processes.
  • Assess and prioritize user issues and ensure they are recorded and addressed in a timely manner.
  • Create monthly reports for clients which document system availability and support services provided.
  • Support cloud operations and maintenance as it pertains to the management of client SaaS operations.
  • Help maintain and strengthen client relationships through participation in client consultations.
  • Be a primary contact for select clients.
  • Create and maintain financial asset models for use in balance sheet projections of financial services companies.
  • Further the development of robust processes by working with software and infrastructure teams to improve stability, runtime, uptime, etc.
  • Participate in the expansion of company functionality as the need arises or as requested by clients.
  • Advanced Degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Actuarial Science, etc.
  • 1-2 years' experience as a Quantitative Analyst.
  • 1-2 years of Python experience.
  • Knowledge of programming concepts.
  • Strong communication skills for heavy team and client interactions.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Preferred:
  • Experience in the financial services sector.
  • Knowledge of general insurance products for liability modeling purposes.
  • Understanding of financial assets including derivatives.
  • Familiarity with Monte Carlo simulations.
