  • Plan out product roadmap aligned to overall strategy with the aim of creating new products and pricing for digital and eco system partnerships.
  • Facilitate the distribution strategy by pitching the product solutions to partners and preparing business case with financials to launch the product - from conceptualization to launch.
  • Be able to drive project management of the product launch if needed.
  • Own the P/L and be responsible for Portfolio management to ensure growth & profitability of the portfolio and take remedial underwriting measures.
  • Create product specifications and policy wordings in line with business, underwriting and operational needs of a particular product.
  • Lead the product team and stay ahead of the market and constantly benchmark the domestic and international market in terms of product/price.
  • Collaborate and Manage expectations with regards to internal and external stakeholders with regards to product delivery and expectations.
  • Manage product and portfolio governance aligned to the Company’s direction.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or Actuarial Science.
  • Experience in insurance company or general insurance consulting firm for a minimum of 10 years in the Asia market.
  • Significant experience in product development and have successfully launched innovative general insurance products in the Asian market.
  • Preferably with some underwriting or pricing experience for GI personal lines / SME products.
  • Creative and innovative team-oriented self-starter with proven leadership skills.
  • Passionate about shaping new solutions that meet partner and consumer demands.
  • Understand the value chain of Insurance and care about the consumer needs and buying behavior.
  • Adequate data analytics preferred for portfolio management.
  • Excellent command of English.
