RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Work closely with other business sectors in the executive division and the company.
  • Support the manager by helping with work organization and operational & strategic planning for the unit.
  • Oversee the creation, implementation & follow-up of an action plan for the unit in line with the company’s strategic priorities.
  • Establish management communication practices that support change management, talent attraction & retention, skills development, employee development etc.
  • Maintain effective communication, be receptive to challenges and participate in identifying key projects for internal partners.
  • Organize and drive successful completion of projects to build, develop and maintain models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics that support key business decisions.
  • Define and oversee the implementation of activities related to the unit’s service offer and oversee the implementation of projects under their responsibility.
  • Promote company behaviours and cooperative values.
  • Manage individual and team performance to support the execution of the unit’s business plan.
  • Responsible and accountable of the team and results.
  • Provide support and coaching requires to ensure the development of their employees.
  • Identify opportunities where advanced analytics solutions could be delivered or improved.
  • Assess the feasibility and benefits of proposed advanced analytics solutions.
  • Perform basic ad-hoc analytical tasks when requested.
  • Maintain and provide support to internal partners with respect to analytical solutions that have implemented previously.
  • Assist in developing strategies for effective data analysis and reporting and transform raw data into actionable business insights.
  • Support the manager by helping with work organization and operational & strategic planning for the unit.
  • Oversee the creation, implementation & follow-up of an action plan for the unit, in line with the company's strategic priorities, all with a view for performance management.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • A minimum of eight years of relevant experience, including three years in management.
  • Previous leadership experience preferred.
  • Hold a qualification as a Fellow of the CAS or CIA.
