  • You identify, originate and execute business development opportunities that leverage our solutions suite, insurtech and technology partnerships for our reinsurance clients.
  • You will own client deals from origination to implementation including governance post sale.
  • You deeply engage with clients on their primary business along the value chain and uncover their needs and design the relevant solution for the client.
  • You will build and maintain a successful network with Company's existing clients as well as new partners across the insurance value chain.
  • You bring in a new generation of clients in the form of non-insurance partners.
  • You develop the pitch decks, lead the pitch and engagement with client and ensure commercialization of the deal.
  • You manage the day to day interaction with various internal stakeholders, and work alongside Reinsurance's global teams in P&C Solutions, Underwriting, Client Management and Claims you will act as a liaison partner for all solutions activities pre and post-sales.
  • You will keep abreast of market developments and opportunities in the Solutions space.
  • With a good record of minimum 8 years in the insurance sector in product development, distribution, strategy, underwriting or another related function, you bring valuable insurance insights and can translate those into opportunities for client solutions.
  • You maintain a good network within your local non-life re/insurance market.
  • You have extensive knowledge of the primary market in particular on motor and personal lines.
  • You have experience in client facing roles in motor which could include motor portfolio management, pricing, actuarial consulting, claims, automotive technology.
  • You are focused on innovation, product development, tariff design, go-to-market strategies, primary insurance consulting, etc.
  • You know the primary value chain particularly on sales and distribution.
  • You have strong sales, development and execution experience.
  • You are excited about thinking out of the box and to inspire others with your ideas.
  • Your English is excellent and any additional Asian language is a plus.
  • You are a creative, innovative team oriented self-starter with very good analytical skills, an entrepreneurial mindset and design thinking skills.
  • You are passionate about shaping new solutions that meet end-consumer demands.
