  • Work with Group Office Digital Life team to develop annual product plan for the company.
  • Develop strong culture of product innovation through regular workshops with partners, customers, internal stakeholder and re-insurers.
  • Lead the procurement process to source for reinsurers and responsible for negotiating terms and conditions for new products.
  • Conduct initial product feasibility assessment on product ideas.
  • Ensure all products are developed in accordance to the company’s product management framework.
  • Work with other teams to deliver policy documents, product specifications.
  • Assist Appointed Actuary to prepare product approval document and filing for both Group Office and MAS in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with other teams to ensure all relevant user requirements are provided in a timeline manner.
  • Ensure high quality UAT support to ensure our customers and partners have a delightful experience with the company.
  • Support the marketing team to ensure that the key messages are well articulated in the brochure or any other marketing efforts.
  • Reinsurance management including reinsurance statement of accounts each quarter.
  • Degree-holder with 3 - 8 years of experiences in life insurance companies.
  • Experience in product or pricing team is essential.
  • Strong knowledge about life insurance industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Passion for D2C business is preferred.
  • Project management experiences is preferred.
