  • Three or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
  • Business coursework is a plus.
  • Communicate clearly through written and verbal communication.
  • Solve problems systematically and creatively.
  • Work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Use computers confidently.
  • Microsoft Excel, VBA, SAS, and SQL experience are preferred.
  • Thrive in a new functional area and build repeatable processes.
  • Eligible candidates have shown significant progress in pursuit of an actuarial designation.
